• First and last name
• Professional email address
• Company, job title

b. Connection and usage data

• IP address, login logs, browser used
• Actions performed on the platform (creating visuals, sharing, exporting, etc.)

c. Content data in projects

• Data you upload to Komence (e.g., data tables, metadata related to roadmaps and maps)

3. How do we use your data?
We use your data solely for the following purposes:

• Providing and improving the functionalities of Komence
• Enabling you to create, manage, and share your visuals
• Providing customer support and technical assistance
• Informing you about updates, new features, and best practices related to Komence
• Complying with our legal and security obligations

We never sell your data to third parties.

4. Where is your data stored?
Your data is hosted within the European Union, on secure servers provided by trusted providers (Google and OVH). We ensure that our partners adhere to the highest security and confidentiality standards.

We retain your data:

• As long as your account is active
• Up to 12 months after the end of your contract or the deletion of your account, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise

You may request the deletion or anonymization of your data at any time (see section 8).

Only authorized members of the Komence team (support, product, technical) have access to your data, and solely when necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the platform.
Your data may be processed by subcontractors (hosting providers, analytics tools) contractually bound to Komence, in compliance with the GDPR, and committed not to use your data for any other purposes.
